How much are rewards worth?

The Points Guy valuation for Go Far Rewards is 1.5 cents per point, although the value may change depending on how you redeem the points. For example, cardholders with the Wells Fargo Visa Signature Card can increase their point value by 50% when they redeem points for airfare. Wells Fargo Visa Signature cardholders who spend $50,000 on purchases on the card in one year increase their points value to 1.75 cents apiece when redeemed for airfare.

How can you earn rewards?

The easiest way is to make everyday purchases with your Wells Fargo rewards-based credit card. If you’d like to earn even more Go Far Rewards, visit the Wells Fargo Earn More Mall — this online shopping portal lets you earn bonus rewards by making purchases at popular retailers such as Target, Macy’s and Home Depot.

How can you redeem rewards?

To redeem, log into your Wells Fargo online account or app or visit the Go Far Rewards website and log in from there. You’ll be able to review your available redemption options, including gift cards, travel, merchandise and digital downloads. You can also redeem your rewards for cash back or statement credits.

Wells Fargo also offers a unique way to redeem your Go Far Rewards: by participating in online auctions for brand-name merchandise, event tickets or once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Visit the Go Far Rewards auction website to see what’s available, current high bids, and how much time is left before the auction closes. If you’re interested in bidding, make sure you make your bid before the auction ends!

How do you share rewards?

There are three ways to share your rewards:

  1. Gifting your rewards to a friend or family member with an eligible Wells Fargo Go Far Rewards account.
  2. Pooling your rewards with a friend or family member with an eligible Wells Fargo Go Far Rewards account. Consider this option if you’re planning to share the costs of a big-ticket purchase, such as group travel or an expensive gift, and want to combine your rewards and save money.
  3. Donating your rewards to a participating organization or cause.

What else do you need to know?

When you combine Wells Fargo’s rewards program with a top credit card like the Wells Fargo Propel American Express Card and take advantage of bonus offers like the Earn More Mall, you’ll quickly see just how far your Go Far Rewards can go.

Remember that your rewards can go even further if everyone in the family is on board. Once you start pooling your rewards, you’ll be able to redeem them for more valuable gifts or experiences.

Lastly, don’t be afraid of participating in a Go Far Rewards auction. Since you’ve already earned your rewards, you don’t have much to lose — and since the worst thing that could happen is that you’ll be outbid, why not take your Wells Fargo rewards and go for it? You might find yourself on a once-in-a-lifetime trip, with your rewards taking you farther than you could have imagined.
