Tiny homes don’t always come with tiny price tags.

Living in a humble home has become popular among millennials who want to live life clutter free — but depending on the location, some of these one to two bedroom houses can cost well over $500,000.

Typically ranging between 80 to 1,000 square feet, some of the most expensive tiny houses on the market are found in typically expensive areas, including Southern California and the Hamptons, where land can be more valuable than the home occupying it.

Bankrate compiled a list of tiny homes worth more than $400,000 all under 1,000 square feet. The largest home on the list has three bedrooms and a few homes cost more than $1 million. Take a look below.
