What’s it supposed to do? StockMaster helps investors of every level keep tabs on the market. It’s highly customizable, allowing for a personalized user experience.

Ease of use (2/5): Because it has so many features, it takes a while to learn to navigate the app and set things the way you want them. The app’s home page is your main watch list, made up of stocks you choose to track. This makes it easy to quickly get basic information on key stocks. The interface is convoluted in other areas, however, and there is a delay for some of the exchanges. There are ads across the bottom of the app, right below a menu of navigation options, making it easy to accidentally tap the ads.

Features (4/5): StockMaster has a ton of features that allow you to customize your experience, including real-time stock quotes, customizable portfolios, stock futures of major foreign indexes, bond rates and more.

The app also lets you set up push notifications and email notifications to alert you of a stock change. Some alert triggers include changes in stock price, daily volume, daily price change and trailing stop price.

Effectiveness (3/5): The more time and effort you put into customizing StockMaster, the more you’ll get out of it. If you just want to keep an eye on a handful of stocks, this app can certainly do that. If you customize the app and set up push notifications, then the app can become a powerful tool in your investing toolbox.

Value (4/5): This free app is packed with features that can give you almost all the information you need to manage your investments.

Verdict (13/20) Worth a shot: StockMaster offers a personalized and customizable stock market experience for investors of all levels. The app allows you to access a wealth of information, helping you manage your wealth along the way. If customized properly, StockMaster can be a vital resource for keeping tabs on the market.
