Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s childhood home in Queens, New York, is on the market, and you don’t have to read “The Art of the Deal” to get a better price. The original asking price was recently cut by $100,000, about a month after the house was first listed.

Trump called this 1940 Tudor house home until at least the age of 4, according to Realtor.com. Then, Fred C. Trump, the candidate’s real estate developer father, who built many homes in the neighborhood, moved the family around the corner to a 3-story, 23-room mansion before Trump entered grammar school.
