  • School supplies: $15 or less
  • Clothing, footwear and accessories: $100 or less
  • Personal computers and certain related accessories: the first $750 of the cost per item
Notable holiday rules, exceptions Items sold at theme parks or other entertainment complexes, hotels and airports are still taxed.
