Sam DeBianchi from Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing Miami” met up with realtor and “The Bachelorette” contestant Ryan Beckett at Hive: Home, Gift & Garden in Palm Beach, Florida. They revealed their favorite trade-secret paint tricks, accessories and design elements that will make your home look like a million dollars without spending a fortune. 

Ryan Beckett: So, smell is really important, obviously. It should smell good, but it also shouldn’t look like you are trying to cover something up.

Sam DeBianchi:  That smells warm and welcoming.

Ryan: I would say a clean smell like something that’s aired out but not 10 million candles that makes it smell like you are trying to cover up your dirty, wet dog.

Sam:  You can have diffusers, you can have potpourri and you can really have beautiful, beautiful things that make your home not just look good but smell fantastic.
