Welcome to The 2022 Bankrate Awards
Your next financial decision just got easier
Sit back and relax knowing that we've used our expertise to streamline your choices. We've combed through the thousands of options and ranked and rated them so all you have to do is turn to our awards when you need a little guidance. Now, your decisions are as simple as click, read, choose. That's what we call "working smarter, not harder."
You deserve nothing but the best
With all our years in the business, we've learned a thing or two about how to identify a true winner in the financial space. Our team of writers, editors and money experts have joined forces to identify the superheros of the financial world: the companies that will work with you (not against you) and products that will actually meet you where you are and help you reach your financial goals.
Options for everyone
No one's financial story is the same, so we know there's no option that works for everyone. That's why this year we came back with more than 80 awards in 12 categories, so you can find what works for you. Not your neighbor. Not your BFF. Not that guy you passed on the street and nodded at you even though you're not 100% sure you even know his name. Just you.
Frequently asked questions
Our editors and experts analyzed thousands of data points across a wide range of categories — like loans, credit cards, mortgages and more — to find the best of the best. For each category, we had specific criteria to make sure we were finding the true winners in that category, so how we evaluated mortgage lenders was different than how we evaluated credit cards, for example. Regardless of category, no advertiser or outside party had any influence in naming the winners.
