While Steve started as a front-line adjuster many years ago, he has held executive roles in Homeowners, Casualty and Auto Physical Damage disciplines while managing operations of up to 400 claims professionals. His experience extends into training, operations, quality improvement, audit, compliance, claims technology, and data & analytics.
Steve is also on the faculty at Olivet College where he teaches insurance professionals seeking their MBA. Steve teaches Ethics & Leadership, Quantitative Analysis for Managers, and Advanced Spreadsheets & Databases. He earned his bachelors at Virginia Commonwealth University in Justice and Risk Administration and his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance at Olivet College.
