Credit card rates didn't move this week, according to Bankrate's latest survey of interest rates. The average annual percentage rate, or APR, for variable-rate credit cards stayed steady at 14.45 percent for the fourth week in a row. The fixed APR remained at 13.81 percent, where it has been since the first week of March.
Discover said Wednesday that it's pairing up with wetland and waterfowl conservation group Ducks Unlimited to offer a new affinity credit card. The nonprofit's members can sign up for the card, which offers Discover's cash rewards programs, access to its online shopping portal and the opportunity for members to donate their rewards to Ducks Unlimited.
