In the final rate survey of 2011, certificates of deposit went absolutely nowhere.

The average one-year CD yield is 0.34 percent for the second week. The average five-year yield remains 1.15 percent, also for the second week.

For deposits of $100,000, the average one-year jumbo CD yield is 0.38 percent. The typical five-year yield is 1.19 percent.

The average money market account is 0.13 percent for the second week.
