| The five-passenger Kia Sportage is one of the least expensive crossover vehicles on the market. The Sportage received a mild redesign for 2009, including fresh look on its front end and new taillights, so there are no further changes for 2010. Owners get two engine choices: a 140-horsepower, 2.0-liter, four-cylinder or a 173-horsepower, 2.7-liter V-6. Front-wheel drive is standard, while full-time, four-wheel-drive is available.
