New and redesigned cars, trucks for 2010

Despite the upheaval in the auto industry, manufacturers continue to bring out all new makes and models of cars and trucks.

Some were in the planning stages for years and will be introduced in spite of current economic conditions -- others are in response to the market and represent the automakers' hopes to right the applecart.

This fall the vast array of carmakers will launch at least 46 all new or dramatically revamped models for 2010.

Here's Bankrate's rundown on cars you can expect to find in dealer showrooms that are all new or have major redesigns. Click on a manufacturer to see its new offerings.
