In addition to exterior styling enhancements, the 2010 Honda CR-V offers improved performance and fuel economy as well as some attractive new interior features. Its 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine delivers 180 horsepower -- up 14 from the previous generation. At the same time, city and highway mileage figures have improved across the board. Inside, new fabrics, wider front-seat armrests and a host of subtle refinements add to the CR-V's comfort and functionality. Speaking of functionality, with the 60/40-split rear seat folded flat, there is 72.9 cubic feet of cargo room. The CR-V comes in LX, EX and EX-L trim levels -- and all offer front-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive versions. The EX-L adds amenities such as leather-trimmed seats, heated front seats and new auto on/off headlights, while Bluetooth hands-free connectivity is now included on all models equipped with Honda's advanced navigation system. Standard safety features include Honda's Advanced Compatibility Engineering body structure and six airbags.
