The Transformers -- the mega-popular comic book,
cartoon show and toy line that debuted in 1984 -- may have
a new hit on their hands. This year's robots-that-change-to-vehicles
are the Built-to-Rule Transformers, also known as BTR. Optimus
Prime is the leader of the good Transformers (as opposed to
the evil Transformers, whose leader is Megatron). BTR Optimus
Prime comes with a collectible figure named Sparkplug and
two firing mini-launchers.
