Budget-minded shoppers don’t have to feel constrained by the choices available for a new car. In fact, there are many new sedans — the most popular body style — available for less than $25,000, according to Kelley Blue Book. The automotive information website recently assessed the array of affordable sedans and narrowed the choices to its 10 best new sedans for less than $25,000.
