When you needed to sell your home yesterday, you are a motivated seller. In other words, you're person with a strong reason to sell quickly. The reason could be that your job has taken you to another city and you can't afford to carry two mortgages, or maybe you're in trouble with your mortgage and need to sell to avoid default.
When a real estate ad screams "MOTIVATED SELLER," it often means that the owner is very willing to bargain for a quick sale.
