Acrisure Mortgage gets much of its business through builder partnerships, not shoppers browsing online. It runs several builder joint ventures around the country, so if you’re buying new construction, there’s a decent chance that Acrisure is already built into the deal as your builder’s preferred lender.
Almost every loan it approves actually closes (about 97.5%), which is unusually reliable. And when it comes to added costs over eight years, Acrisure ranks among the best of the lenders we track. If your builder hands you to Acrisure, there’s little reason to push back. It’s a solid option if you’re shopping independently, but comparing multiple offers is still the best way to find the lowest rate.
