Product Quality Analyst (Denver office)

As part of this effort, we are looking for a dynamic candidate to help drive insights that ensure our efforts remain best in class. Additionally, this candidate will assist with all data quality initiatives across the various company platforms and partner integrations, insuring we maximize revenue opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Measure and report impact of key product quality initiatives across the organization.
  • Collect and analyze data to help improve product quality systems and help inform business decisions surrounding product strategy.
  • Track and monitor regular key performance indicators to ensure that integrations and product initiatives are carried out properly.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational difficulties that can impact day to day business and develop daily dashboards to monitor.
  • Assist with company-wide coordination and communication.

Soft Skills/Personal Attributes:

  • BS or BA degree.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience developing and analyzing data models.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of link building campaigns using a relationship software.
  • Owning your link building activities.
  • Perform deep research using proprietary tools to find authoritative sites in our niche markets.
  • Contact link building candidates via telephone, email and social media.
  • Create conversation templates for various types of engagement.
  • Negotiate with third parties to secure links.
  • Achieve weekly targets.
  • Compile weekly performance measurement reports.
  • Strategize and collaborate with SEO and Social team for optimal link building success.
  • Hold weekly, bi-weekly or monthly calls with contacts to announce upcoming content.

Requirements:

  • Understand organic, white hat SEO techniques and link building best practices.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and an ability to build rapport with new contacts.
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong editing and writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to establish process with documentation.
  • Familiar with website coding, HTML and Internet usage, experience with MS Office.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ambitious and confident with a healthy dash of competitiveness
  • Sales and marketing experience a plus.
  • Above all, must have a strong interest for SEO and content promotion.
