Megan Mullally moves with will and grace
Megan Mullally, who's won an Emmy and a Screen Actors Guild award
for her role as "Will & Grace" airhead Karen Walker, is proving
that big things sometime come in small packages.
Mullally, 44, put her modest Hollywood Hills home -- two bedrooms
and just 1,800 square feet -- on the market for $1.3 million, and moved into
a brand-new house next to the new home of "Friends" star Courteney
Cox and David Arquette. Her former, Mediterranean-style home was built in the
1930s, but had been extensively remodeled.
Her new habitat, which was just built last year, has three bedrooms
and 3.5 bathrooms in 3,800 square feet and cost her $3.8 million. Megan has
another famous new neighbor, too -- "Spiderman" star Tobey Maguire.
