At her Oceanside home south of Santa Barbara, Calif., Jane Seymour tends to her all-organic vegetable garden that yields enough fresh produce for the family's salads and dinner.
"Everything we use in the garden is organic -- no chemicals -- so that when there is runoff, the ocean is not being polluted at all ... it's just all organic matter. We even have a compost heap out back to recycle produce and soil to make organic fertilizer for more fresh vegetables and fruits. It's a continuous organic cycle."
