Cuba Gooding Jr., shows us the money
Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. of "Jerry Maguire" fame
has a roller-hockey rink in his new 8,000 square-foot residence in Pacific Palisades.
Gooding and his wife, Sara, bought the Palisades property -- near
the home of Ronald Reagan --three years ago and moved into it several months
ago after more than doubling it in size and adding the rink.
The 35-year-old actor and his wife sold their former dwelling
in Beverly Hills' Coldwater Canyon to "Bold and Beautiful" star Matt
Borlenghi for $1.3 million. For that payout, the soap star got a four-bedroom,
3,000 square-foot place with screening room and more than an acre of land, ideal
for Borlenghi, also 35, who's planning to get married and start a family.
