These terms of use, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of them (including non-contractual disputes), but if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

You are not permitted to use them without our written approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under “This is how you may use materials on our site” above.
If you are not happy with our response to your complaint, you may be able to continue your complaint by contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service. We aim to provide an excellent standard of service. If you feel we have not achieved this, please let us know. We take all complaints seriously and use our best efforts to resolve them as quickly as possible. Please read our complaints procedure here.
If your complaint relates to a product you have purchased on or after visiting our site, you should address your complaint directly to the supplier of that product.
