I have two mortgages with Citi. The mortgages total over $600,000. Never been late on a payment. Not once in 12 years on two properties. Thier service is horrible. Rude personnel. Website offers little value. They want to charge a service fee for the simplest request. Bottom line is their business approach is archaic. more
