Buffy the real estate player
"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" Sarah Michelle Gellar, raked
in $1.7 million for her four-bedroom, five-bath, 3,600 square-foot home built
in 1942.
The house, located in Sherman Oaks, has a sports court, outdoor
kitchen for barbeques, pool and spa.
Gellar, who made it big with movie audiences in horror flicks
"I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Scream 2," lived
in the home before she married actor Freddie Prinze Jr., last year.
The one-story, traditional-style home also has a guest house-cabana,
sports court and panoramic views. She's had it on the market for more than a
year, since she moved to west L.A. with Prinze.
