Madonna's Beverly Hills home for sale"This used to be her playground. ..." Hot off the heels of her latest MDNA Tour -- which grossed $305,158,363 and ranks No. 10 all-time in tours on Billboard's Boxscore -- Madonna is looking to unload her Beverly Hills mansion for a mere $22.5 million.

The "Material Girl's" nine-bedroom, 15-bathroom home, listed by Sotheby's, features a two-story dining room, a junior dining room, a full-size screening room, a gym and two guest houses.

Drive up the 500-foot gated driveway from Sunset Boulevard to your own private "La Isla Bonita" -- an acre and a quarter of lushly landscaped grounds and, oh yeah, don't forget this "Ray of Light" -- 17,000 square feet of living space in the main house.

The listing states that "No detail has been spared in maintaining the house meticulously." What do you think? Ready to have your own "Celebration" at Casa de Madge?

I don't care that she's selling her house in CA- She probably doesn't need it since she lives mainly in England or I think she does anyway. And she should atleast get out of it what she paid for it and for the renovations she's probably put into it

I would't mind working if i was going to get paid millions of dollars

All I hear is ridiculous jealousy. I say way to go Madonna. She overcame serious obstacles to be in the position she's in. If you dont repect that, your completely ignorant and you need a new job. WAKE UP

Hello, She does work for it. It is a JOB. And obviously we the people who enjoy her music etc help pay for the stuff and don't mind it. Stop being a HATER YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW THIS WOMAN PERSONALLY. And PR stunt or not those children have a much better life than they ever would have thanks to her and her EARNED money.

It completly shocks me what these people make $$$$$ its so unfair for one person to have so much wealth. You see it every day with people in sports or with actors. There are so many wonderful people out there that deserve a break and just never seem to get one no matter how much good they do for others and animals Trust mei am happy for anyone who has been gifted i just wish they would share there wealth with those who are so deserving as well

Totally agree Bill. She's a phony. Her "adoptions" (laugh) was a PR stunt-DA! They go to boarding schools. She hardly sees them. Same w/Brad and Angelina. Hollywood is a fake, fantasy and it usually resonates down to their own lives. That's whats great about America, you can be as genuine ( or lack thereof) as you want.

I have this reoccurring nightmare while I am still awake that Madonna will be appointed a DAME by the British monarchy! UGH! Lord help us all!

Good for Madona. People may criticize her but she has done many wonderful things for charity, she adopted two children from very poor homes and is raising them with love, and I would imagine she is selling her large estate because she lives primarily on the east coast. I wish her and her family well.

Good business decision - stay in the UK - I don't want to hear about her. Such a phony - adoptions, keeping people waiting for hours for her overpriced concerts.

Seems as if the material girl is living up to her moniker! Another celeb leaving the Golden State to eschew those dreadful taxes. Hmmm. Put your money where your mouth is, Lady Madonna.
