"This used to be her playground. ..." Hot off the heels of her latest MDNA Tour -- which grossed $305,158,363 and ranks No. 10 all-time in tours on Billboard's Boxscore -- Madonna is looking to unload her Beverly Hills mansion for a mere $22.5 million.

The "Material Girl's" nine-bedroom, 15-bathroom home, listed by Sotheby's, features a two-story dining room, a junior dining room, a full-size screening room, a gym and two guest houses.

Drive up the 500-foot gated driveway from Sunset Boulevard to your own private "La Isla Bonita" -- an acre and a quarter of lushly landscaped grounds and, oh yeah, don't forget this "Ray of Light" -- 17,000 square feet of living space in the main house.

The listing states that "No detail has been spared in maintaining the house meticulously." What do you think? Ready to have your own "Celebration" at Casa de Madge?
