If you're on the road this Christmas Eve, you can still track Santa from your car. The "NORAD Tracks Santa" program, from the North American Aerospace Defense Command, also has the free NORAD Tracks Santa mobile app. The app, which is available for Android, Apple and Windows mobile devices, has a countdown to Santa's flight, several games, information about NORAD and its mission as well as the actual progress of Santa and his deliveries all over the world beginning Dec. 24 until Christmas morning.

In addition, OnStar, which is available in more than 6.4 million cars through a built-in system in some models and an accessory called OnStar For My Vehicle, has teamed up with NORAD to provide Santa Updates. You can get these by pressing the OnStar button, making it easy for even the little ones in the car to get a live update on where Santa is making his deliveries in real time.
