cars-blog-zombieCar_HyundaiIf you are worried about a zombie apocalypse this Halloween, then you'll want to make friends with Hyundai-owner Anson Kuo, who created the winning design of the Hyundai Santa Fe Zombie Survival Machine. Unveiled recently on the New York Comic Con floor, the zombie car is based on a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport that Kuo owns and was created using The Walking Dead Chop Shop configurator app.

Kuo's design was selected out of more than 82,500 fan submissions and was brought to life by Galpin Auto Sports. It features urban camouflage with knife blades, an automatic crossbow, razor-wired windows, three machine guns, a samurai sword, aluminum armor and a muffler-silencer in a package that Kuo calls "stealthy and spacious."

The Zombie Survival Machine is part of Hyundai's ongoing partnership with Robert Kirkman's Skybound imprint and his best-selling graphic novels, including "The Walking Dead," which is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

Do you think this car is ready for the next zombie attack?
