BreakingBad_Skyler_JeepIf you're a fan of the Emmy-Award-winning "Breaking Bad" television series, then Skyler White's Jeep (shown here) or Jesse Pinkman's Chevrolet Monte Carlo might be just the piece of memorabilia for you. These cars and others are being auctioned off by Hollywood memorabilia company ScreenBid over the next week.

However, if you plan to use one of the cars from the series for reliable transportation, you'll want to know its history. After all, before these cars became famous, they had a past that may have included a serious accident, flood damage or a whole host of other auto insurance-related problems that would trouble a car owner.

AutoCheck from Experian Automotive can ease any concerns you have before raising your virtual hand to participate in the auction of these vehicles and other props from the series. The auction continues through Oct. 7. Experian has partnered with ScreenBid to provide complimentary vehicle history reports for all of the cars featured on the show, so bidders can know the history of these "characters" before they were cast in the series.

Would you buy a car from "Breaking Bad"? Certainly, your friends and family -- not to mention your neighbors -- would notice.

Your first step to choosing the right auto insurance company is to consider the type of coverage that you need. In fact, many companies will compete for your business by way of auto insurance rates.
