2012 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards

If you are car shopping for a 2012 model year auto, then this recent survey of 75,000 car owners and how satisfied they are with their new cars is sure to provide some insight. The Autobytel/AutoPacific 2012 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards, the largest single model year survey of car owners in the U.S., recently surveyed owners on 48 attributes of their cars to assess their overall satisfaction.

For the 2012 model year, the Cadillac Escalade had the highest overall satisfaction, while Buick and Mercedes-Benz were tied for the highest satisfaction brands. Automakers that received multiple awards for their cars included General Motors (6 awards), Volkswagen (4 awards) as well as Honda and Mercedes-Benz (3 awards each).
