Top 10 states for foreclosure in March

Foreclosure filings increased by 11.06% nationally from February to March. According to RealtyTrac, a California-based firm that tracks foreclosures, these states had the highest rates of foreclosure last month. Nationally, 1 in every 1,218 housing units received a foreclosure filing last month.
