New for '09: Saab 9-3
Saab 9-3 | |
| | | | | Aside from a minor facelift, the major changes to the Saab 9-3 for 2009 come under the sheet metal. There's more power from the V-6 engine and Saab has expanded the models you can order with all-wheel drive. Previously available only on Aero sedan and wagon models, all-wheel drive is now offered on the 2.0T sedan and wagon. 2.0T versions have a 210-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. Aeros come with a 280-horsepower 2.8-liter V-6, an increase of 25 horsepower. The Saab 9-3 chassis shares its geometry with other General Motors sedans, including the Chevrolet Malibu, Pontiac G6 and Saturn Aura. No word yet on revised fuel mileage ratings or base prices. | | |
