If you are looking to change jobs in 2015, there are reasons for optimism, whether you wear a hard hat or a white collar. Employment firm ManpowerGroup says its survey of employers reflects "growing optimism about the labor market." Of the more than 18,000 U.S. employers surveyed, about 19 percent expect to boost their workforce levels during the first three months of 2015, while 6 percent expect to cut staff levels. The majority, 73 percent, expect to keep their firms' staffing levels steady.
How does this compare? The employment services firm says the jobs outlook is relatively stable compared with the current quarter and slightly improved from a year earlier.
