Quiz: Know enough about health care reform?

Since it became law three years ago, health insurance reform has gradually redrawn the face of health care in America. The speed of change will pick up dramatically on Oct. 1, when people can begin shopping for coverage through the states' new insurance exchanges.

A recent poll by the Kaiser Family Foundation found that 57 percent of Americans -- and 67 percent of the uninsured -- say they do not understand how reform will impact them personally.
