Here's a look at the state of home equity rates from Bankrate.com's weekly national survey of large banks and thrifts conducted Nov. 10, 2010.

Rates on home equity products made only small moves this week, although in different directions.

The average home equity line of credit, or HELOC, climbed 3 basis points, to 5.45 percent.

Meanwhile, home equity loan rates fell, but by just 1 basis point, to 7.07 percent.
