National credit card rates for May 16, 2013

  • 13.02% (all fixed)
  • 15.24% (all variable)

Credit card rates were unchanged again this week, according to Bankrate's latest survey of interest rates. The average annual percentage rate, or APR, for variable-rate credit cards stayed put at 15.24 percent. The APR for fixed-rate cards remained at 13.02 percent for the 13th straight week.
