Credit Cards

Rates: 13.47 percent (standard fixed); 11.48 percent (standard variable)

Fixed rate averages on credit cards haven't changed. The mean fixed APR on standard cards held at 13.47 percent. Across standard, gold and platinum cards, the average fixed rate stayed at 12.43 percent.

The average variable APR for all credit cards edged up 2 basis points from last week, to 11.71 percent, but the average standard variable remained at 11.48 percent.
