The credit limit is equal to the deposit ($300 to $5,000; once the deposit is made, the credit line cannot be increased). No other fees. Reports to all three agencies. The secured deposit is refunded by closing the account once the "hold" is lifted. The account is reviewed after 12 months and may be allowed to move to an unsecured card. The interest is paid (and varies by state) at 0.10%.
