With 80 plants throughout the world and four automotive brands, Ford is one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world. The Ford Motor Company was founded in 1903 by Henry Ford. Ford introduced the Motel T in 1908 and built approximately 18,000 models. In 1913 Ford presented the world's very first moving assembly line. Surviving the Great Depression, Ford continued to build and buy up other automobile manufacturers.

Ford holds its headquarters in Dearborn, Mich. With distribution in six continents and more than 176,000 employees, Ford offers automobiles by Ford, Lincoln, Volvo and Mercury. 

College Rebates

Ford offers college discounts for full-time and part-time students. Students receive $500 for purchasing or leasing a Ford, Mercury or Lincoln during the Ford College Student Purchase Program.

Military Discounts

The Military Appreciation Program by Ford offers active and reserve military personnel a special discount with the lease or purchase of a Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle. Military personnel receive discounts when they visit an on-base "Exchange New Car Sales" distributor.

Mobility

The Ford Mobility Program offers up to $1,200 for adaptive equipment on new vehicles. This includes Ford, Mercury and Lincoln. Alert hearing devices, lumbar support and running boards are considered adaptive equipment. Installation of adaptive equipment must occur within 12 months of the purchase date.
