In collaboration with Fiat, Chrysler Group LLC is among the largest automobile manufacturers in the U.S. Chrysler was established on June 6 ,1925, by Walter Chrysler after he incorporated the Maxwell Motor Co. under the Chrysler name. The corporation continued to grow and acquire other brand names until filing for bankruptcy April 30, 2009. After filing, the company sold a majority of its assets to the New Chrysler Group LLC. Chrysler Group LLC quickly formed an alliance with Fiat for further financial backing.

The New Chrysler Group LLC has its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Mich. The company now boasts a brand lineup including Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Maserati and Ferrari. 

Uconnect

Chrysler offers the Uconnect system on the dash of select vehicles. The Uconnect comes with web access, navigation, multimedia and phone capabilities. It is Bluetooth enabled with touch-screen capability and provides real-time directions.

Fuel Efficiency

The Chrysler Corporation offers 13 fuel efficient vehicles with a 24 or higher MPG rating. Flex vehicles by Chrysler run on E85 or unleaded gasoline for lower emissions. These particular vehicles are designed to specifically run on combinations of gasoline and alcohol.

Lifetime Powertrain Warranty

Chrysler offers a lifetime powertrain warranty with unlimited mileage to customers. The warranty covers parts and labor for repair of the transmission and engine. Drive systems are also covered by the warranty.
