Maximums
$2,000 maximum value on card. No more than $250 can be loaded onto the card a day. A maximum of $50 can be withdrawn from ATMs daily.

Teen cardholders, parents and gift-givers, online.
How long it takes to add value:
The added value is available when the electronic transfer is completed, usually within four days.

Yes
Can you block certain retailers?
No, but when you review transactions on M2's Web site, questionable-looking transactions are highlighted in red.

Customer service
Teen-oriented Web site uses animation and takes a while to load. Site provides customer service through e-mail, chat and toll-free phone. Two questions submitted via e-mail form were answered in 20 hours. M2 immediately sent an acknowledgment that it had received the query, then a few hours later sent an e-mail saying that the questions were being researched. When the answers arrived, they were complete and clear.
