Bully Type 2: Two-headed snake

This bully type is the stereotypical evil corporate boss.

A two-headed snake, according to the Workplace Bullying and Trauma Institute, has a duplicitous, dishonest style of dealing with people and issues.

We've probably all worked with or for a snake without realizing that this back-stabbing personality is a certified bully. The snake pretends to be nice while sabotaging you when you're not around. A facade of friendliness is used to get information that is then used against you.

The two-headed snake also works to destroy your reputation with superiors, in many cases by taking credit for your good work.
