Product Analyst/Manager

The product manager will provide vision, prioritization, direction & requirements for their own dedicated feature team. Our product and technology organization works in an agile environment and this person must have strong prioritization and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the product vision from the end-user perspective and evaluate various and creative approaches to implement solutions.  Responsible for the requirements gathering, envisioning, implementation and maintenance of multiple features at once. 
  • Gather product needs from various stakeholders, translating their needs into sound requirements while explaining the benefits and risks of various implementation approaches.
  • Coordinate, negotiate and prioritize backlog for your feature team while understanding the business priorities and communicating the timing of requests to multiple stakeholders.
  • Own the execution and maintenance of a 12 month product pipeline, ensuring to coordinate efforts across other feature teams where dependencies exist
  • Identify risks throughout the agile sprint cycles for feature deployment, offer creative solutions to mitigate the risk, and escalate in a timely manner.

Business Intelligence Technical Lead

The Business Intelligence Technical Lead will provide vision, architectural and technical direction for the BI feature team.  Our product and technology organization works in an agile environment and this person must have strong technical and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Through effective project definition, ensures BI solutions meet customer and organization needs in the short and long term; defines and executes major development efforts; manages BI operations and processes.
  • Accountable for the delivery of high quality, customer-friendly solutions, as evidenced by taking ownership of data quality, report quality and customer satisfaction
  • Accountable for the technical direction of the BI solution, including architecture, development and ongoing operational support.
  • Accountable for the quality of the BI pipeline and works with their BI BA to ensure project work is consistent with the overall strategic direction of the platform and is prioritized appropriately relative to the objectives of the company as well as direct stakeholders.

Onboarding Representative

As an Onboarding Representative, your role is to achieve excellence in customer service and focus on the retention of our new customers. The Onboarding Representative will assist the Member Services Supervisor with achieving daily/monthly/quarterly goals, objectives and member services growth and profitability.

Functional Responsibilities:

The Marketing and Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of affiliate partnerships, display, email, and PPC marketing campaigns in the Health and Life Insurance Division of Bankrate Insurance in the Sacramento area. We’re looking for results-oriented marketing manager who thrives in a role of optimizing and growing a profitable portfolio of advertising and marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.

  • Develop, implement and manage acquisition marketing strategies, such as email, display, and PPC advertising
