High school grad heading into the workforce: Your first credit card

Getting a credit card is relatively easy. Many companies offer limited credit lines with high interest rates, and most don't require a minimum income. If used wisely, credit cards lead to a respectable credit report and make it easier to purchase a car, rent an apartment and even buy a home. If used haphazardly, credit cards get you into a heap of trouble.
