  The policy covers the individual driver. The car is a 2000 6-cylinder Honda that is driven 10 miles to work daily and a total of 10,000 miles per year. Liability coverage is $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident. Property damage coverage is $50,000. with $500 deductible on collision and comprehensive. Medical coverage is $1000 per person. Uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance is carried in the same amount as liability insurance. There is no supplemental medical coverage in the auto policy. The vehicle is garaged at the home address. There have been no tickets, chargeable accidents or moving violations in the last 5 years. The car is not leased.
