Top 10 metro home-value losers for 2006


What's the outlook for home prices in 2007? Many economists think it will be a tough year, but many metro areas are expected to hold up nicely. Some that may continue to suffer are those hurt most in the down market of 2006.

According to the National Association of Realtors, or NAR, these are the 10 U.S. metropolitan areas that suffered the greatest percentage loss of value in 2006.
