The host of the 2002 Winter Olympics gets a gold medal in some areas, such as excellent job growth of 4.5 percent. Single-family construction reached a record high in 2005 and stayed at those levels last year, as well. But double-digit jumps in home prices have created another market Ingo Winzer lists as overpriced while Fortune reports the prices are set to increase, by 5.4 percent this year and 1.9 percent next year.
