Social Security -- John McCain
 

U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., hasn't given any specifics on his plan for Social Security reform, but does support the idea of personal retirement accounts, as long as they don't replace benefits. He also favors a bi-partisan agreement on a solution, and says he will develop a reform plan and ask Congress for a proposal as well.
