POLITICAL PARTY: REPUBLICAN
Employment -- Ron Paul

Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, feels the U.S. must pull out of trade agreements and organizations that encroach on American sovereignty, including the World Trade Organization. He calls our trade policy "flawed" and said it has helped to export jobs. He also supports lowering taxes. He would also abolish the income tax and payroll taxes, and oppose taxation on the tips of service industry employees. The reduced tax burdens on working Americans would amount to a veritable pay raise, he says.
