Reward tiers
.25% if the purchase is part of the first $150 ($0-$150) in purchases during the billing cycle; .5% if the purchase is part of the next $150 ($151-$300) in purchases during the billing cycle; .75% if the purchase is part of the next $150 ($301-$450) in purchases during the billing cycle; 1% if the purchase is part of the purchases in excess of $450 during the billing cycle.
The first $450 in purchases during each billing cycle is not eligible for the maximum cash-back rate of 1%, but will earn cash rewards at a lower rate as set forth in these Program Rules and Terms.
Reward increments
Statement credit or check
How is rebate redeemed?
Upon request in $20 increments. Payment of the cash reward will be made by either a check that will be mailed to you or by a credit on your billing statement after your redemption request is received.
How often can be redeemed?
As often as you have minimum to redeem but only once every billing cycle.
Cap on rewards?
$500 annually
Expiration date on rewards
If your account becomes inactive for a period of 12 months or longer, a check will be mailed to the address on file for the amount of any unredeemed cash rewards you have a right to receive in $20 increments. Any accrued cash rewards that you do not have the right to receive (e.g., rewards that are in an increment of less than $20) will be removed from your account at the time the check is issued and participation in the program will be terminated.
Comments or excluded merchants?
Wells Fargo reserves the right to make adjustments to cash reward amounts. For example, if you receive a cash reward in excess of the amount actually accrued, your cash reward balance will be debited for the amount of the erroneous reward disbursement. If you redeem a cash reward and there is a subsequent return, the amount of the return will be decremented. Consequently, your cash reward total may be a negative number.
